Set in Valparaíso between 1953 and 1954, the story follows Alba, one of the first women to study medicine in Chile, and Zahira, the heiress to a family involved in drug trafficking. Zahira runs the brothel “El Joya.” Their paths cross, leading to a bond and a romance that defy the prejudices and social norms of the time.
